We have a proven product with outstanding results, now it’s ready to scale. You are the first Business Development Manager focused on our Energy Trading &amp; Optimization product. You don't wait for a playbook - you write it. Together with the Head of Energy Trading, analysts and data scientists you are part of the new Energy Trading &amp; Optimization team, with existing clients in NL and beyond. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You bring a strong network, deep energy market knowledge, and the entrepreneurial drive to turn a great product into a growing international business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">To be successful in this role, you are expected to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build the commercial proposition: define and sharpen Ampowr's go-to-market for our energy trading and optimization software;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Drive new business: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Shape our market presence: own pitch materials, presentations and thought leadership; you represent Ampowr in the market;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Accelerate international expansion: scale from The Netherlands into new European markets; adapt our commercial approach to local dynamics, regulation and stakeholders.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have 5-10 years of experience in the energy industry or equivalent relevant business development experience;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You hold a valid B-driving licence;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You bring deep knowledge of energy markets, flexibility, balancing markets and/or ancillary services;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You are comfortable analyzing simulation results and business cases;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You closely follow market, technical, and regulatory developments;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have experience in a scale-up or startup environment, with a track record of building something from scratch (preferred!).</span></li>\n</ul>",
