More information at https://www.wevote.us. <br><br><strong>Join the WeVote Movement as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager!</strong><br><br>WeVote has an opening for 1 Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager, aimed at supporting the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team. This is a volunteer role, requiring between 5-10 hours of time per week. You will have the opportunity to help lead a team of volunteer Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, & more. <br><br>Our ideal volunteer is passionate about politics and excited to use technology to educate voters and increase voter turnout. Therefore, an ideal volunteer Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager is also passionate about politics and wants to use those skills to guide and support the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager team at WeVote. <br><br><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Help coordinate processes & tasks within the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team.</li><li>Run Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team meetings 2 times per month.</li><li>Attend our Introduction Webinar 1-2 times per month to capture attendees, support Q&A, and help ensure a great event experience for potential volunteers.</li><li>Track hiring statistics across various teams.</li><li>Support the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team in answering questions, providing additional task support, and advising. </li><li>Assist with various Talent Acquisition/Recruiting projects and initiatives. </li></ul><p><strong>Who you are: Must haves.</strong></p><ul><li>You are an experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruiting professional with 1+ years of experience OR </li><li>You are a recent college graduate who has an interest in a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.</li><li>You want to work with an established and successful team.</li><li>You are committed to strengthening American Democracy.</li><li>You are striving for personal excellence, and want to do meaningful work that will make a difference.</li><li>5-10 hours per week, with at least 1-2 hours available during business hours.</li><li>You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>You are currently located in the US.</li><li>Prior experience working remotely.</li></ul>",
