This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact through hands-on mentoring and group facilitation. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor&rsquo;s level background in group facilitation, counseling, criminology or a counseling-related degree and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where structure, accountability and a non-judgmental approach create the foundation for change.
