          "text": "<p>We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bridge Engineer to join our growing bridge group in Boise, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity for professionals to work on impactful infrastructure projects across Idaho, including work for public agencies such as ITD, local agencies, and municipalities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, contributing to projects that positively impact communities throughout the state.</p><p>In this position, you will:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop project management capabilities, such as monitoring budgets and schedules, interacting with clients, and leading junior engineers.&#xa0;</li><li>Work on interesting and challenging projects, from planning through design and construction.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead technical and project discussions with the design team.&#xa0;</li><li>Take responsibility for the quality control/assurance of project deliverables.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports&#xa0;for new construction and/or evaluation of existing structures.</li><li>Perform structural design and analysis for bridges and associated structures utilizing structural software, finite element software, and/or spreadsheets.</li><li>Conduct site visits to understand project conditions and requirements.</li><li>Help build our Idaho business.</li></ul><p><strong>The Position&#xa0;</strong></p><p>You will work in a fun and dynamic team to produce a range of deliverables from planning studies to construction documents and provide support to our clients during construction.
