    "description": "<p>As a Crew Lead, your responsibilities are to help lead your crew to assemble, install, and/or maintain/service solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with design plans. May include but are not limited to; measuring, cutting, attaching, and assembling structural framing (racking systems), solar modules and other necessary components to complete a solar installation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will help ensure a safe and excellent install and customer experience overall by:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble all components of a residential solar system</li>\n<li>Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment and effectively seal all penetrations</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean worksite and safe working environment</li>\n<li>Properly use Personal Protective Equipment</li>\n<li>Occasional travel from time to time</li>\n<li>Attend mandatory training sessions regarding new products, installation methodology, and safety requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Other duties as may be assigned from time to time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous solar installation<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED</span></li>\n<li>Ability to lift, pull, and push equipment and materials to complete assigned job tasks</li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops, and able to work on your feet for long periods of time</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday</li>\n<li>Great attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n<li>Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance</li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment</li>\n<li>MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE</li>\n<li>Must have a valid state driver's license</li>\n<li>Must have a clean driving record<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$30-35/hr</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>90 day contract (with potential for full time hire after contract)</li>\n<li>Full-time hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dental, vision, health</li>\n</ul>",
