We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Wastewater Analyst/Engineer to join our growing water/wastewater team. In this role, you will lead and support a wide range of wastewater infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve. From planning and design through construction support, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically sound solutions for municipal and utility clients. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical professionals while taking ownership of meaningful projects that enhance public infrastructure and environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex wastewater challenges in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Lead the drafting and development of contract drawings, reports, and specifications for wastewater projects Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Assist with the design and analysis of wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems Perform hydraulic modeling and system evaluations Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies Conduct field visits and support construction administration activities as needed Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering 3–6 years of relevant wastewater engineering experience Strong experience in drafting and preparation of contract documents Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or similar) is preferred Familiarity with wastewater system design and engineering principles Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred This is a hybrid role , offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
