    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong>Landscape Driver/ Crew Member</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: Canton, MI</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive company vehicles and transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Maintain multiple commercial landscape sites under the direction of an Operations Manager and/or Crew Lead.</li>\n <li>Operate landscape maintenance equipment including riding mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.</li>\n <li>Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, and maintain landscape beds.</li>\n <li>Plant flowers, shrubs, bushes, and other landscape materials as needed.</li>\n <li>Remove weeds, debris, dead plants, and overgrown vegetation.</li>\n <li>Use leaf blowers to clear sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and other pedestrian areas following maintenance activities.</li>\n <li>Perform routine care and upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features.</li>\n <li>Properly store, clean, and maintain equipment, tools, and safety gear.</li>\n <li>Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.</li>\n <li>Report site concerns, hazards, property damage, or customer issues to the appropriate supervisor promptly.</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.</li>\n <li>Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate basic landscape equipment safely and effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow directions and work productively as part of a small crew.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>_</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits/Perks</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
