Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose:
- The Customer Service Representative at PAY-LESS is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Customer Service
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven track record of managing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
