Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: - The Customer Service Representative at PAY-LESS is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Service Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. - Proven track record of managing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. - Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred. Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn new systems quickly.
