DBA HardwareHut. Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments for our Bozeman operations, working hand in hand with studio, sales, and delivery teams. Assists in helping to close out daily, weekly and monthly tasks at the branch level to ensure processes and protocol from our ERP, to our daily open and close tasks. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL Warehouse Associate: </span></span><span>Dependable, adaptable, punctual, self-starter, pays attention to detail, team oriented, a sense of urgency.  </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>REPORTS TO:</span></span> Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Controller, President </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>WORKS REGULARLY WITH: </span></span> <span>Warehouse </span>Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Controller, President </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a full-time non-exempt position that works a standard work week of Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm PT.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but are not limited to the following:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Properly rotating stock and storage of overstock items</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Assist in general facility upkeep and maintenance</span></li>\n<li><br>Assists with remix and studio support work</li>\n<li><br><span>Ensures a clean workspace and warehouse</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Receiving merchandise utilizing quality assurance checks throughout the process, both physically and into the inventory management system</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Operate machinery including forklifts, hand trucks, balers and other equipment associated with warehouse functions</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Pulls items of various sizes and quantities accurately and efficiently, employing quality assurance processes throughout the order fulfillment process</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Fulfill will call orders and release to customers as needed</span></li>\n<li><br>Fulfill all outbound orders with delivery team, &amp; carriers</li>\n<li><br><span>Any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Management Team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Required:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>High School diploma or General Education Degree</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and understand written and oral instructions</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more regularly</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to work standing and walking throughout the workday</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>COMPETENCIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>PC and keyboard competencies for use of inventory management system and limited web page usage</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform basic mathematical functions in the course of order fulfillment and receiving</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to clearly read and understand warehouse location codes and part numbers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>COMPENSATION:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$28.00-$30.00 per hour DOE</li>\n<li>Opportunity for salary increase during annual performance reviews</li>\n</ul>",
