This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running an overnight shift, delivering production targets and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across people, plant and process. With a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement, you’ll quickly identify issues, solve problems, and build a high-performing, accountable team.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a full-time (40 hours), permanent position working 10:00pm – 6:30am, from Sunday night to Friday morning.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>•    Lead, coach and support your team to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality production<br>•    Own shift performance - labour, output, downtime and OEE<br>•    Allocate work and manage team performance on shift<br>•    Ensure production is delivered safely, on time, to quality standards and within budget<br>•    Investigate and resolve issues (safety, quality, breakdowns, performance)<br>•    Train and develop team members, setting clear expectations and driving accountability<br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p>You’re a confident, practical leader who thrives on the floor. Calm under pressure and solutions-focused, you know how to get the best out of people while keeping standards high.
