You’ll work closely with the Head of US Corporate Professions and global underwriting leadership to help set portfolio direction, support the P&amp;L process and contribute to annual planning. Using data and insight, you’ll monitor performance against budgets, KPIs and service levels, stepping in early where performance needs attention.<br><br></div><div><!--block-->Externally, you’ll represent CFC with brokers and capacity partners, helping to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones. You’ll support binder renewals, contribute to product development and play an active role in positioning CFC as a leading provider within US Corporate Professions.<br><br></div><div><!--block-->People leadership is central to this role. You’ll coach and develop underwriters and leaders, embed strong underwriting discipline and create a culture of ownership, performance and continuous learning – all while living and promoting CFC’s values.</div>",
