These are highly visible positions with strategic responsibility, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership, creating a respected and cohesive program to serve the community. <strong>All t</strong><strong>ravel expenses reimbursed.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an <strong>Interim Acute Rehabilitation Director</strong>, you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversight and participation in the PAS process</li>\n <li>Oversight and management of the IRF-PAI </li>\n <li>UDS or eRehab expertise</li>\n <li>Referral development - prioritizing internal case finding</li>\n <li>Enforcing compliance measures </li>\n <li>Establishing resources to achieve program goals and effectiveness</li>\n <li>Management of the interdisciplinary team</li>\n <li>Program analysis and communication to Signet and Hospital leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>- Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (RN, PT, OT, SLT); Master’s degree preferred. <em>*Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered.</em></p>\n<p>- Experience as a Director of Acute Rehabilitation is required.</p>\n<p>- Experience working in a freestanding, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital highly preferred.</p>\n<p>- Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal. </p>\n<p>- Works closely with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.</p>",
