This role is responsible for performing packaging operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, ensuring that pharmaceutical products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and applicable regulatory requirements. The incumbent operates packaging equipment and machinery, including automated packaging systems, blister packing machines, bottle filling and capping equipment, and cartoning and labeling systems, to package finished pharmaceutical products in accordance with established specifications. This position adheres to standard operating procedures and quality standards to maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance throughout the packaging process. The role supports the overall production function by contributing to the timely and accurate completion of packaging operations while maintaining accurate batch documentation and records. It contributes to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with area cleaning and sanitization protocols. The position participates in training programs to develop technical competencies in packaging operations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing. It supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying and reporting deviations and contributing to corrective and preventive action processes.
Essential Functions:

Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products and packaging materials in accordance with established quality procedures. Participate in training programs to develop technical competencies in packaging operations and quality standards. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and reporting deviations and contributing to CAPA processes. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies applicable to pharmaceutical packaging operations.
