This role provides frontline leadership to Field Service Technicians ensuring alignment with SECURE’s values, safety commitments, environmental responsibilities, and customer service standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, developing people, optimizing site performance, and supporting the Area Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.</p>\n<h2>The Team</h2>\n<p>As a Field Solutions Supervisor, you’ll lead a hands-on team focused on safety, collaboration, and getting the job done right. The team brings strong field experience and works closely together to manage and process NORM-impacted materials while maintaining high operational standards. You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>The Field Solutions Supervisor role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule. This role requires flexibility to meet operational needs, including extended hours, occasional weekend work, on-call responsibilities, and travel as required. Candidates must be prepared to work in challenging environments, including outdoor conditions in all weather and occasional emergency response situations.</p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<p><strong>Safety Leadership & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example in promoting SECURE’s strong safety culture and environmental stewardship.</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure hazard assessments and safe work practices are followed.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, provincial regulations, and environmental standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure radiation monitoring and decontamination processes are properly executed and documented</li>\n <li>Support incident reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Site & Customer Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain strong working relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure high service standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and site housekeeping standards are maintained.</li>\n <li>Coordinate repairs and support efficient site operations when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operations & Site Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective site performance.</li>\n <li>Supervise Field Technicians to meet operational targets.</li>\n <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain operational logs, and support scheduling of personnel and equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure work aligns with client requirements, operational standards, and established procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Foster a respectful, accountable, and high-performing team environment.</li>\n <li>Train, mentor, and support team members</li>\n <li>Complete worker competency assessments and ensure required certifications remain current.</li>\n <li>Promote collaboration across departments including Safety, Engineering, and Operations Support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Cost & Resource Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support tracking of labour, equipment, and material costs.</li>\n <li>Ensure necessary PPE, supplies, and operational resources are available.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Grade 12 Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)</li>\n <li>3–5+ years of relevant industry or facility operations experience</li>\n <li>Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Valid industry safety certifications</li>\n <li>Ability to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing</li>\n <li>Experience handling NORM-impacted waste considered an asset</li>\n <li>Strong safety leadership with a solid understanding of supervisory responsibilities</li>\n <li>Proven leadership, team development, and conflict resolution skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities</li>\n <li>Basic mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate safety systems</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and perform in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Physically and mentally capable of performing demanding field-based work</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
