We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented, self-starter to add to our production team.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Compounders, compound chemicals by following specific formulations to create finished products for bottling &amp; packaging. They operate and maintain compounding equipment such as large mixing kettles and work with other team members to meet weekly production goals.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Review batch specifications for finished products and identify, gather and weigh all necessary raw chemicals required to make various products</li><li>Accurately identify over 200 different chemical names and their respective abbreviations</li><li>Properly wash empty drums, as needed to prep for re-fill</li><li>Perform clean up duties following each batch process</li><li>Clean batching kettles in between product batches</li><li>Safely lift and maneuver drums at full capacity using dollies and pallet jacks</li><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment</li><li>Report any safety hazards or incidents to your supervisor immediately</li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to your supervisor</li><li>Ensure equipment is always operated safely and properly</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines</li><li>Perform any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company&rsquo;s values</li></ul><p><strong>Is this role for you?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Required Qualifications</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Satisfactory results of a background check</li><li>Ability to show up and be on time for scheduled shifts</li><li>Experience with forklift and electric pallet jack</li><li>Experience in liquid compounding</li></ul><p><strong>Job Environment, Requirements &amp; Schedule</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Environment: This role requires working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment where there is exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Mon.-Fri. 6 a.m. &ndash; 2:30 p.m.</li><li>Some overtime hours may be required&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Effective communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities</li><li>A commitment to maintaining a clean workspace</li></ul><p><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for me?</strong></p><p>We constantly strive to provide our team members with an optimal workplace.
