    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Works directly with customers to define functional requirements and design, configure, commission, and qualify software solutions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The primary focus will be the automation of Test Systems and R&D systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with customers to gather system requirements and design system functionality.</li>\n <li>Design applications using LVOOP, Actor Framework (or equivalent).</li>\n <li>Develop and modify complex LabVIEW applications, that use LVOOP and design patterns like Actor Framework, DQMH, or similar.</li>\n <li>Design/develop SQL scripts for SQLite, Microsoft SQL, or MySQL databases.</li>\n <li>Design electrical control panels and instrument wiring diagrams.</li>\n <li>Commission system at customers’ sites.</li>\n <li>Train and mentor new engineers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of designing and architecting LabVIEW applications using Actor Framework or equivalent design pattern.</li>\n <li>Certified LabVIEW Architect or equivalent professional experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with NI Real-Time programming for embedded targets (cRIO, PXIe).</li>\n <li>Ability to interact with mechanical designers and provide suggestions.</li>\n <li>Experience with Robotics and Vision Inspection Systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience <strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results <strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments <strong>Full Benefits</strong> Package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage <strong>Retirement Ready: </strong>401(k) with company match <strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time <strong>Grow With Us: </strong>Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p>",
