This position supports physicians and advanced practice providers in a variety of specialty and primary care environments to maintain efficient clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.</p><p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1097\">The float role provides coverage during staff absences, vacancies, and periods of increased patient volume. Individuals in this role must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in different clinical settings while maintaining consistent patient care standards.</p><p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1241\">Candidates may be hired as <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1184\">Medical Assistants or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)</strong> based on licensure, education, and organizational needs.</p><hr data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1246\"><h2 data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1261\">Reports To</h2><p data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1492\">The Clinical Float reports directly to the <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1326\">Practice Manager</strong> for all operational, administrative, and clinical responsibilities and works collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice providers to support patient care.</p><hr data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1497\"><h1 data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1520\">Essential Functions</h1><h2 data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1550\">Clinical Responsibilities</h2><p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1666\">Clinical duties involve direct patient care and assisting providers with examinations, treatments, and
