As a PM you will play a critical role with our Operations team, lead complex initiatives end to end, plan, execute and complete various power utility projects while maintaining effective oversight on budget, schedule, and risk.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain ongoing communication externally with the customer and internally with our crew scheduler regarding project needs, progress, goals, timelines, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Monitor daily work completion and identify required actions to maintain schedule adherence</li>\n<li>Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly project status and progress reports</li>\n<li>Review project documents and plans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance</li>\n<li>Develop utility permit applications and follow up with jurisdictions regarding inspections and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Draft change orders, including scope of work, schedules of values, and associated timelines</li>\n<li>Bid and contract document preparation, material requisitions, and procurement activities</li>\n<li>Perform administrative functions including invoicing, issuing and modifying purchase orders, and comprehensive project data entry</li>\n<li>Schedule Miss Utility tickets to support job-specific construction needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-directed professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li>\n<li>Proven problem-solver with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn and become proficient with the following systems: AS8, GIS, Miss Utility, Microsoft Suite, Vista.</li>\n<li>Proficient in basic computer applications and workplace technology</li>\n<li>Associate’s degree in construction management or relevant field experience (<em>Preferred)</em></li>\n<li>Background in electric utility industry (<em>Preferred)</em></li>\n<li>Advanced experience in Microsoft Office/Excel (<em>Preferred)</em></li>\n<li>Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll get at AUI Inc:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent healthcare options: Medical, vision, prescriptions, employee assistance program, and more!</li>\n<li>Free dental and additional Health Incentive discounts available</li>\n<li>Financial Security: Competitive 401(k) with 4% company match that is 100% vested upon deposit</li>\n<li>Family Focus &amp; Balance: Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid bereavement leave (as applicable), and more!</li>\n<li>FR &amp; and Office attire available through our paid for Tyndale account.</li>\n<li>Wellness: On-site fitness center</li>\n<li>Other Incentives: Employee Referral Bonus, hotel &amp; per diem pay (when applicable)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">AUI Inc (Power) is an Equal Opportunity Employer</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
