They will provide exceptional service to create an extraordinary guest experience. The Nail Technician will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.</p><p>The Nail Technician shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Woodmark Hotel &amp; Still Spa Culture as well as promoting our hotel values of Honesty, Enthusiasm, Integrity, Accountability and Passion for Service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival</li><li>Provides information to guests and members about treatments and services and provides demonstrations if needed</li><li>Performs various types of hand and foot treatments (manicures, pedicures, nail repairs, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains proficiency in all components of hand and foot treatments</li><li>Promotes and sells spa products</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of guest information</li><li>Prepares and maintains treatment areas (removing soiled linens, restocking, etc.)</li><li>Maintains consistent spa inventory and orders supplies as needed</li><li>Ensures the privacy of all guests, adhering to draping policies</li><li>Follows all guidelines regarding proper OSHA sterilization</li><li>Adheres to time length and treatment protocols, promotes home regimen program to clients&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with the promotion of treatment services at member/guest orientations</li><li>Maintains a strong knowledge of spa trends, especially focusing on hand and foot therapy</li><li>Provides general hotel information for guests</li><li>Adheres to the Woodmark Standards of Excellence</li><li>Resolves guest problems and is empowered to act in absence of manager</li><li>Interacts with Spa/Hotel staff in a professional manner; assists other departments as necessary</li><li>Up-sells other hotel services and amenities to guests</li><li>Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains constant awareness of safety issues and reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor</li><li>Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies and equipment</li><li>Attends appropriate department, hotel and division meetings</li><li>Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all hotel amenities as well as any special events</li><li>Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, maintains accurate time records&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance.
