    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">PUBLIC NOTICE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">PART TIME EMPLOYMENT OPENING</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">FIRE PREVENTION OFFICER (FPO)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">In accordance with the Personnel Policy for the Town of Seabrook, Section I, E Promotions, applications are being accepted to fill the position of Part-time Fire Prevention Officer (FPO). This position will report to the Fire Chief.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High school diploma or GED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Nationally registered emergency medical technician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">NH certified firefighter</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">NREMT Certified EMT</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Inspector I</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Instructor I</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Commercial driver's license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ten (10) years full time experience at Seabrook Fire Department with primary responsibility of emergency response</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with Life Safety Codes, Fire Safety Codes, and Building Codes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Rate:</span> $25-$35 per hour</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> 16-24 hours per week</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Town reserves the right to consider other qualifications, including, but not limited to experience and employment history that are relevant to obtaining the most qualified applicant.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Applicants must submit an application and resume to the Town Manager, PO Box 456, Seabrook, NH 03874 before 4:00PM on Monday, September 15, 2025.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p>",
