This is frontline, physically active work. You’ll be on your feet, walking the neighborhood, working outdoors in all-weather conditions, and using your personal vehicle to travel between assigned areas. We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to doing the work properly.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive hourly wage <strong>$21/hour</strong></li>\n <li>Award-winning training; both in-class and in-field</li>\n <li>Tools: Tablet, lanyard, branded attire/accessories</li>\n <li>Strong senior leadership team and active daily support</li>\n <li>Fixed schedule with 2 days off in a row every week (Mon/Tue) – Don’t have to worry about shift work or inconsistent schedules!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct door-to-door canvassing within your assigned neighborhoods on behalf of a political party in order to help better understand the views of voters</li>\n <li>Ask standardized questions and accurately capture responses</li>\n <li>Collect contact information when voluntarily provided</li>\n <li>Represent OSL and our clients with professionalism and integrity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What does it take to succeed in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Confident, composed, and comfortable engaging with the public</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and disciplined in following scripts and protocols</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and accountable</li>\n <li>Previous professional canvassing or field experience is a strong asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are a conservative voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations</li>\n <li>Full-Time Availability:<em>Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)</em></li>\n <li>Comfortable with standing, walking, being on your feet for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle</li>\n <li>Smartphone required for field data collection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sounds like a great fit?
