A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a great health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and much more.</p><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">BASE SALARY $55,000 - $60,000 DOE PLUS AN UNCAPPED COMMISSION</strong></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">AVERAGE COMMISSION $30,000+</strong></p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Sell and promote all Koorsen Security products and systems, including Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and Monitoring</li><li>Work with Engineering and Operations to develop quotes.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with current branch customers, Electrical and General Contractors, and end-user customers.</li><li>Identify Security system upgrades, moves, adds, and change opportunities.</li><li>Cold call facilities for new customer relationships</li><li>Coordinate system demos for prospective contractors and customers about our products.</li><li>Maintain pipeline data in Ignite &ndash; Sales Tracker</li><li>Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Open-minded willingness for continual learning</li><li>Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.</li><li>Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 yrs. of Previous sales experience: Security Systems, Access Control and Intrusion&nbsp;</li><li>Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Pass drug and background screenings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Basic understanding of IT functionality</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Demands</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer.</li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</strong></u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire.
