We’re looking for a proactive FTL Operator who can manage full truckload shipments end to end, maintain strong carrier relationships, and ensure every delivery runs smoothly and on time.<br><br></p>\n<p>Schedule:<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>Night Shift (9PM - 6AM)</span></p>\n<p>Location:<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fully Remote (WFH)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage directly with vendors and carriers, including dispatchers, to initiate GPS-based tracking for full truckload (FTL) shipments.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.</li>\n<li>Meet and maintain role KPIs to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational processes — using your discretion and judgment with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues, initialize ELD and TMS connection requests, and access customer TMS portals to post shipment updates.</li>\n<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email.</li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of cargo to key FTL customers.</li>\n<li>Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading and other support materials.</li>\n<li>Oversee collection and delivery activities on behalf of key clients.</li>\n<li>Schedule and trace customer shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring accuracy in all domestic transportation records.</li>\n<li>Process transportation documentation with great attention to detail and compliance.</li>\n<li>Support the Director of Domestic Transportation with administrative tasks and other assigned duties.</li>\n<li>Participate in weekend rotations as needed.</li>\n<li>Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management on a day-to-day basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–3 years of industry-related experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.</li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage communication professionally and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, regulations, and departments.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in desktop and web applications, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).</li>\n<li>Experience with systems such as Cargowise, SAP, or Turvo is a plus.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of database structures, networking, and application interfaces.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Expedock</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HMO &amp; Leave Credits:<span> </span></span>Stay protected with healthcare benefits and use accrued leaves<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">by your third month</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supportive Remote Environment:</span><span> </span>Work from home alongside a collaborative team that values growth and mutual success.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Seamless Onboarding &amp; Training:</span><span> </span>Get up to speed quickly with a structured program and client specific training designed to make you a subject matter expert in your assigned workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Data &amp; Privacy Notice</span></p>\n<p>By submitting your application to Expedock, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information for recruitment and hiring purposes.
