With a primary focus on US Health Benefits, finance accounting,</p>\n<p>and NetSuite-based workflows.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The individual in this role brings a balance of finance acumen and technical expertise, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions in a dynamic, collaborative hybrid environment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are open to candidates located in either Western <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Europe (preferably France), UK, or US</span> (East coast time zone). Depending on location, this is either an in-office, hybrid or full remote role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US Health Benefit reconciliation automation: </span>Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits at both the employee and health carrier level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance &amp; accounting reconciliation automation: </span>Identify manual reconciliation activities across finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk of error.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial reporting &amp; variance analysis: </span>Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and perform analysis of main variances.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-functional collaboration: </span>Partner with HR, Accounting, and FP&amp;A stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data quality, and continuously improve financial processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; controls: </span>Document automated processes, maintain reconciliation logs, and support internal control and audit requirements.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.</li>\n<li>5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis, including at least 1 year directly relevant to this role (finance automation, reconciliation, NetSuite, or financial reporting).</li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills — advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query — and experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.</li>\n<li>Hands-on NetSuite experience including saved searches, workflows, and NetSuite automation.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation methodologies, and financial close processes.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points If You Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with US Health Benefits administration or health carrier billing processes.</li>\n<li>Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.</li>\n<li>Curiosity for process automation, finance transformation, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Prior exposure to multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.</li>\n<li>Experience working in an international company.</li>\n<li>Fluency in both French and English.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reasons to Not Apply:<br></span>We believe in matching great talent with the right roles.
