This is an opportunity to lead the largest motorsports dealership in the prairies with multiple premium brands, more than 40 team members, and a 45,000 square foot operation that spans motorcycles, offroad, snowmobiles, marine and more.</p>\n<p> <br>The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and daily operations of the dealership. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can lead large teams, hold people accountable, make tough decisions, and drive results across every department.</p>\n<p> <br>You will oversee Sales, Parts, Service, Finance &amp; Insurance, Administration and Marketing while working closely with senior leadership to execute business strategy and growth plans.</p>\n<p> <br>This is a high impact leadership role with big expectations, constant challenges and significant opportunity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Manager</span>, you’ll be the face and force of <span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon.</span></span> You’ll lead store growth, building the team, the culture, and the momentum.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the overall day to day operations of the dealership</li>\n<li>Driving profitability, revenue growth and market share</li>\n<li>Managing and developing department managers and leadership teams</li>\n<li>Creating a strong culture of accountability, performance and customer experience</li>\n<li>Reviewing and managing financial statements, budgets and forecasts</li>\n<li>Ensuring departments are operating efficiently and hitting KPI targets</li>\n<li>Managing staffing, hiring, coaching and succession planning</li>\n<li>Driving new and used inventory strategy and aged inventory management</li>\n<li>Working with OEM partners and maintaining strong brand relationships</li>\n<li>Leading marketing, events and promotional strategy alongside internal marketing teams</li>\n<li>Ensuring operational consistency, process execution and strong communication across departments</li>\n<li>Driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and employee engagement</li>\n<li>Managing large scale operational challenges while keeping teams motivated and focused</li>\n<li>Supporting long term strategic growth of the dealership and division<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You’re a builder.
