    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Mission</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The EHS Project Manager Officer (PMO) is responsible for supporting EHS initiatives ensuring compliance with regulations and driving a culture of safety across the organisation.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Most tasks of this role involve managing EHS projects from the identification of the need up to the delivery, by integrating required function’s involvement.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 12pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The EHS PMO is analyzing, and reporting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data to support the organization’s compliance efforts, performance improvement initiatives, and sustainability goals</span>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. The EHS PMO plays a crucial role in ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements and achieves its environmental and safety objectives.</p><p><br>1. Project Management</p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and oversee EHS-related projects, related with safety culture program implementations, training initiatives, and risk assessments.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.</li><li>Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and manage project risks and issues.</li><li>Participate and support key Calderys EHS initiatives,</li></ul><p><br>Among the project to lead:</p><ul><li>Organisation of the yearly Calderys Safe.day,</li><li>Improve the Occupational Health assessment tool and animate its use through the perimeter,</li><li>Improve and update the Gap Analysis tool for protocols assessment,</li><li>Improve the reporting process.</li></ul><p><br>2. Continuous Improvement and Support</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the EHS community to support risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis using data-driven insights.</li><li>Assist in the development of EHS training materials and programs by providing relevant data and identifying training needs based on performance trends.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve data analysis processes and tools.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate or improve data collection and reporting processes, collaborating with IT and other departments to implement solutions,</li></ul><p><br>3. Data Collection and Management</p><ul><li>Gather, validate, and organize EHS data from various sources, including incident reports, safety audits, environmental monitoring systems, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Coordinate EHS data collection campaigns through Calderys systems (Evotix, Red-On-Line etc), ensuring data integrity, accuracy.</li><li>Work closely with operational teams to ensure proper data entry, timely reporting, and compliance with EHS data collection protocols.</li><li>Identify improvements to EHS dashboards and performance metrics (KPIs) to better track progress toward company goals and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations for corrective actions or improvements based on analysis.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Professional EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and the use of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).</li><li>Knowledge of EHS management systems and relevant software applications (ex. Evotix, Red-On-Line etc),.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.
