    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>&nbsp; Start Rate: $19.50/hour | Full-Time | 3rd shift Tu-Sa Su-M Off</strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose or Objective(s):</strong> The physical plant operator will monitor and operate heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, perform preventative maintenance and non-scheduled maintenance, and maintain safety standards. You will report to the Physical Plant Manager.</p><p><strong>Primary Tasks:</strong></p><p>1<strong>. </strong>You will check for proper functioning of boiler operations.</p><p>2. Inspect air conditioning and blower systems.</p><p>3.&nbsp;Maintain record of inspection, inventory and maintenance of equipment.</p><p>4.&nbsp;Monitor unscheduled maintenance of boilers, fan room equipment, cooling tower and other engine room equipment&nbsp;and systems.</p><p>5.&nbsp;You will make emergency repairs and adjustments to building system components.</p><p>6.&nbsp;Program and monitor equipment.</p><p>7. Monitor and troubleshoot all chillers, cooling towers, pressure vessels, boiler permits and boiler controls.</p><p>8.&nbsp;Perform all plumbing, electrical or HVAC requirements of the buildings.</p><p>9. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and governmental agency directives.</p><p>10.
