Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be one of the first touchpoints for our prospective customers. Your work will directly influence the success of our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑potential leads. This is an ideal role for someone who is hungry to grow in SaaS sales and wants to build a long‑term career in a supportive, ambitious environment. Your Tasks Research and identify potential customer accounts in our target markets  Launch outbound sequences and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and video Lead first conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit Qualify leads and hand over strong opportunities to our Sales team Book high‑quality meetings and demos for Account Executives Maintain an organized and accessible sales pipeline in our CRM Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine our messaging Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points Your Profile 0–2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, recruiting, or another customer-facing role Strong communication skills in German and English Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales Fast learner — you quickly adapt to new tools and techniques Motivated by goals and structured in how you manage your time Nice to have Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, nooks or similar Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or outbound sales environments Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity Previous internship or working student experience in a commercial role That sounds like you?
