    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><strong>Position Summary Description</strong><p>Administers, monitors, and maintains computing systems, hardware, and software that supports enterprise and utility-specific &nbsp;infrastructure and applications across the corporation, including but not limited to, server hardware, storage systems, operating systems, system support software, utility software, security tools, email systems, laptops, desktops, application software and other software and hardware components. Ensures availability, optimal performance, and security through system level support, complex troubleshooting, and system monitoring/reporting in a manner that complies with applicable NERC and SERC standards, as required, coupled with other industry standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure, deploying software, performing upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, overseeing security protocol, providing technical guidance to junior staff, and collaborating on the design and installation of networks.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, management information system, or network administration from an accredited university. Education may be substituted by direct system administration experience.
