    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title: Community Marketing &amp; Affinity Program Manager<br>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Rycor HVAC, the leading installer of ducted and ductless heat pumps for heating and cooling systems in the Northeast, is seeking a motivated and community-oriented <strong>Community Marketing &amp; Affinity Program Manager.&nbsp;</strong>This role blends strategic program development with grassroots outreach to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty through trusted local relationships and community engagement. The ideal candidate is both a persuasive communicator and a resourceful marketer, capable of representing the Rycor brand across a variety of channels and audiences.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Brand Ambassador &amp; Community Representation</strong></p><ul><li>Represent Rycor at local trade shows, educational seminars, expos, and community events to promote our products and mission.</li><li>Build awareness and educate consumers and partners on the benefits of ductless mini-split systems and available incentives.</li><li>Serve as a trusted face of the brand in both formal and informal community settings.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Affinity Program Management &amp; Client Leverage</strong></p><ul><li>Establish and manage partnerships with HOAs, PTAs, retirement communities, and other local organizations to build affinity marketing channels.</li><li>Design and manage programs that leverage commercial clients and business partners to generate residential leads.</li><li>Create referral programs targeting satisfied residential and commercial customers.</li><li>Work closely with our third-party marketing group to develop co-branded materials, educational content, and program collateral.</li><li>Keep affinity and referral partners informed about product updates, pricing changes, and seasonal offers.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Grassroots &amp; Local Guerrilla Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow location-specific social media channels to engage with local audiences and promote Rycor&rsquo;s presence.</li><li>Plan and participate in hyperlocal marketing campaigns, volunteer events (e.g., Habitat for Humanity, food pantries), and other community initiatives.</li><li>Identify and execute low-cost, high-impact tactics to increase local brand visibility and drive leads.</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Campaign Execution</li><li>Plan and execute local promotional events, workshops, and virtual sessions to attract qualified homeowner leads.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align campaign execution with business objectives.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Tracking &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor the performance of all affinity and community-driven programs, including lead conversion rates, ROI, and engagement.</li><li>Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and continuously improve program effectiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in affinity marketing, field marketing, or community outreach</li><li>Strong relationship-building and public speaking skills</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously</li><li>Familiarity with social media management, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools</li><li>Experience working with external marketing vendors or agencies is a plus</li></ul><p><strong><u>Core Competencies:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Relationship-Building &amp; Networking</li><li>Public Speaking &amp; Event Representation</li><li>Strategic Program Development</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Referral Marketing</li><li>Localized Guerrilla Marketing Execution</li><li>Data Tracking &amp; Performance Optimization</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p><p>Rycor HVAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
