A Shift Lead exemplifies our values and culture&nbsp;<br />\r\nevery day (on or off the clock), and is a reliable, stable leader the team can lean on in stressful&nbsp;<br />\r\nsituations.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\nDuties and Responsibilities</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&bull; &nbsp;Can converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and correctly keys them into our&nbsp;<br />\r\npoint-of-sale system<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Take full responsibility for the operations and energy of the shift: drink quality, customer&nbsp;<br />\r\ninteraction, speed, music, etc.<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Make changes when necessary<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Communicate with the stand management team about relevant developments in personnel, equipment,&nbsp;<br />\r\ninventory levels, and operations<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Assist the stand management team with the training and development of the team members<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Can collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Can prepare all drinks and premixes<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Must always move with urgency, on the customer&rsquo;s time<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Stays productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Makes personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions, warm smiles,&nbsp;<br />\r\nand open and positive body language<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Knows our menu and drink customizations inside and out; notices if a customer may not be&nbsp;<br />\r\nordering what they truly want and will be able to help the customer identify and correctly order&nbsp;<br />\r\ntheir desired drink, offers suggestions and recommendations when appropriate<br />\r\n&bull; &nbsp;Brings their best self to work every day (good hygiene, plenty of sleep, clean clothes, kept&nbsp;<br />\r\nhair/makeup).
