    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and acquirement of materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Optimize freight and inventories.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Implement, production scheduling, logistics and inventory control processes which ensure the availability of materials for an uninterrupted flow of production in accordance with delivery schedules, while maintaining minimum inventories.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Select, motivate, train, and ensure development of a competent department and materials handling staff.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Anticipate and resolve problems with short-term and permanent corrective action.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with warehouse layout and execution.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Daily walks verifying material is stored in the proper location.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with the management of the most economical inbound / outbound transportation routes, looking for opportunities to combine shipments, milk runs, and warehouse consolidation and distribution&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​Bachelor's Level Degree​&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Area of Study:<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Supply Chain,&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Admin, Finance or similar.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​1 -3​&nbsp;Minimum Years of Experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>​​Less Than 1​&nbsp;Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
