          "text": "<p><strong>North Star Windows &amp; Doors (St. Thomas, Ontario) is hiring a motivated team player with a strong safety focus and willingness to learn to join our Production Team.</strong></p><p>As part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Assemble, fabricate, and inspect <strong>windows and doors</strong> to meet quality standards and specifications</li><li>Review work orders, prepare materials, and safely operate <strong>hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment</strong></li><li>Assemble components including <strong>frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens</strong></li><li>Operate production equipment such as <strong>saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery</strong></li><li>Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns</li><li>Prepare products for shipment, including <strong>labeling, packing, and loading</strong></li><li>Participate in <strong>5S activities</strong> and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency</li><li>Support quality standards and help ensure products meet customer requirements</li><li>Work respectfully and collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>Support the team in achieving <strong>production and performance targets</strong></li><li>Follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).&#xa0;</li></ul>",
