With facilities and customers around the globe, ElectroCraft provides advanced precision solutions with the highest reliability and lowest total cost of ownership, which is why it is trusted by both the largest brands and the newest cutting-edge companies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble small electrical motors and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and semi-automated equipment.</li><li>Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.</li><li>Conduct basic electrical and mechanical tests as required.</li><li>Identify and report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions to leadership.</li><li>Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of PPE</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in team meetings</li><li>Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations</li><li>Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to Team Lead.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
