Ensure the plant is clean, hygienic, and audit-ready every day, enabling safe product, quality compliance, and on-time production start-ups through disciplined daily routines, effective team leadership, and timely closure of sanitation-related deviations and CAPAs.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PRE-OPERATION &amp; DAILY READINESS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Review sanitation staffing, assignments, and required materials/tools/chemicals prior to each shift; adjust coverage to meet production start-up needs.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Conduct daily plant walk-throughs to verify GMP conditions and identify gaps vs standard; correct, contain, and escalate findings per standard.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Verify pre-operational cleanliness and readiness of lines/areas as required; ensure issues are addressed before release.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Confirm chemical control compliance (labels, concentrations, storage, dispensing, SDS access); correct deviations immediately.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Lead shift communication on sanitation priorities, safety hazards, allergens, and food safety risks.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>SANITATION EXECUTION &amp; PLANT HYGIENE CONTROL</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Assign sanitation crews to clean and maintain equipment and areas per SSOPs.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Monitor bakery sanitation needs and execution.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Ensure accurate and timely sanitation documentation.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support production while protecting sanitation standards.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MASTER SANITATION SCHEDULE (MSS)</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Maintain and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule with full documentation and verification.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support detailed sanitation inspections for Zones 1&ndash;4.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>FOOD SAFETY &amp; QUALITY COMPLIANCE</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP/Preventive Controls, and GFSI standards.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support CAPA completion.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Assist with environmental testing programs.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support audits and inspections.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PEST CONTROL &amp;
