LLC, Romanoff Electric Co., LLC; Kastle Technologies, LLC; and Kastle Electric Company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Eagle Electrical Services seeks a Project Manager who will be responsible for providing oversight to Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), as well as coordinating the scheduling efforts of the project approach with the Project Supervisor(s). This position will be responsible for ensuring project field teams are working within company standard operating procedures and clearly understand project scopes, tasks, and schedules. They will also work to ensure that all resources of the project are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner, in order to perform work within budget and ahead of schedule. This is an in-person position and does not qualify for hybrid or remote.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#quebe</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive the overall flow of projects effectively from inception to completion.</li>\n <li>Oversees project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.</li>\n <li>Supports field personnel with subcontractor relations and helps resolve field problems.</li>\n <li>Maintains full financial responsibility for projects and must understand construction financial and accounting practices.</li>\n <li>Ensure all project document control is completed efficiently by the project team, including but not limited to insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, cost tracking reports.</li>\n <li>Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, or other regulations.</li>\n <li>Select subcontractors and equipment suppliers with input from engineering, estimating, and purchasing.</li>\n <li>Verify correct drawings are distributed to field personnel.</li>\n <li>Create schedule of values or billing format as required by contract documents.</li>\n <li>Create project schedule showing completion, delivery dates, and subcontractor requirements, and integrate into overall project and manpower schedule as required.</li>\n <li>Understand notice requirements.</li>\n <li>Write purchase orders for major equipment and subcontractors, indicate shipping requirements, anticipate delivery dates, and request proper delivery notice.</li>\n <li>Host and attend all necessary meetings with both internal and external entities to review scheduling and delivery, work plans, job progress, manpower, and solutions to setbacks.</li>\n <li>Support accounting department in monthly billings and collections and follow up on outstanding balances.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with foreman regarding project safety, toolbox talks, and weekly walk-throughs.</li>\n <li>Obtain as-builts from field and request CAD from engineering.</li>\n <li>Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Division Manager/Project Executive with recommendation for resolution.</li>\n <li>Comply with company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Minimum 3-5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working knowledge of:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The construction industry and contract documentation.</li>\n <li>Federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs a plus.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with project management/document control software.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The requirements listed below are representative of characteristics and demonstrated capabilities sought to perform this job successfully.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment to company values.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent organizational, communication, strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.</li>\n <li>Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Must possess ability to manage and supervise personnel.</li>\n <li>Must build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
