The coordinator must be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills who is comfortable working directly with students, teachers, and school leaders to integrate student experiences and support within the campus community.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and formalize student vocational duties within the internship program to support the assigned campus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Engage in one-on-one contact with students on campus to support daily and weekly vocational duties</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide one-on-one individualized support to the students to assist them in the development of vocational/employment skills (resume writing, job interviews, application completion, etc.). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Campus Directors and staff to help them understand the value of the support the AZACS student internships provide.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collect data regarding student performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting students in discovering and overcoming their personal barriers and setting goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing effective job coaching and employment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicating with students to understand their goals and ambitions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Train students on interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve to support behaviors on a day-to-day basis in the community as well as on campus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 3 years of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of or currently enrolled in a program for Education, OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or currently enrolled in a program preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mastery and enthusiasm for best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track record of success in behavior management with students with autism or other special needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to approach situations with optimism and perseverance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate with parents, co-workers, and professional contacts courteously and professionally, and follow AZACS guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to exercise reasonable judgment and maintain confidentiality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
