This is a&#160;<strong>hands-on individual contributor role</strong>&#160;with no people management responsibilities.</p><p><br><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and build&#160;<strong>mobile-first consumer experiences</strong>&#160;and supporting APIs that power growth, personalization, and experimentation across the mobile app.</li><li>Own&#160;<strong>well-scoped features end to end</strong>, from technical design and implementation through testing, launch, and iteration in production.</li><li>Partner closely with&#160;<strong>Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Analytics</strong>&#160;to translate growth strategy into intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences.</li><li>Contribute to&#160;<strong>architectural decisions</strong>&#160;that ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems supporting mobile surfaces.</li><li>Write clear&#160;<strong>technical documentation and design proposals</strong>&#160;to support effective asynchronous collaboration.</li><li>Uphold high engineering standards around&#160;<strong>performance, security, observability, testing, and reliability</strong>, especially for customer-facing mobile features.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience building and shipping mobile consumer experiences in production environments (or equivalent depth).</li><li>Proficiency in&#160;<strong>iOS (Swift)</strong>,&#160;<strong>Android (Kotlin)</strong>, and/or&#160;<strong>React Native</strong>, with experience maintaining production mobile applications.</li><li>Exposure to&#160;<strong>cloud-based systems</strong>&#160;(e.g., AWS) and how mobile features are built, deployed, and operated at scale.</li><li>Proven ability to independently deliver&#160;<strong>complex, user-facing features</strong>&#160;with a high bar for polish, performance, and reliability.</li><li>Solid understanding of how&#160;<strong>mobile clients integrate with backend services</strong>, including APIs, data modeling, error handling, and service reliability.</li><li>Experience collaborating closely with&#160;<strong>Product and Design</strong>&#160;to translate strategy into high-quality mobile features.</li><li>Experience owning&#160;<strong>end-to-end features</strong>&#160;spanning mobile clients and supporting backend services.</li><li>Familiarity with backend technologies such as&#160;<strong>Python, Kotlin, or similar</strong>, in support of mobile experiences.</li><li>Comfortable working in a&#160;<strong>remote, async-first, cross-functional environment</strong>, and able to ramp quickly in an existing mobile codebase.</li><li>Ability to move fast, make pragmatic technical decisions, and deliver meaningful impact within a&#160;<strong>short-term engagement</strong>.</li><li>English proficiency at B2 level or higher.</li></ul>",
