Our ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who is passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan—ages 5 through 80—in an outpatient setting who works a minimum of 10 hours per week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Psychiatrist Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting.</li><li>Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies.</li><li>Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.</li><li>Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Psychiatrist Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package based on productivity: 60% Net Collections <u><strong>(Estimated earning potential</strong></u> <em><strong>$210-$270 per clinical session</strong></em><u><strong>)</strong></u></li><li>Opportunities for professional development and continuing education</li><li>Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance</li><li>Contribution to groundbreaking research in the field of psychiatry</li><li>Opportunities to work in a hybrid capacity</li></ul>",
