We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the newly integrated team.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This challenging and rewarding position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will be based in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Munster/ Limerick region</span> with the local office based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Limerick</span>.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create detailed Mechanical systems with Mechanical calculations, schedules, specifications and technical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Producing and reviewing drawings and layouts in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinating designs with electrical engineers and other disciplines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead site inspections, surveys, and responding to contractor queries during construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead project delivery tasks such as document control, tender packs and design reviews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring up to date records for electrical designs.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification in Building Services Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Results-driven with excellent communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience in technical submittals, commissioning, and handover procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and collaboratively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communicator with good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
