This role serves as the central point of accountability for safety performance, field execution, crew deployment, tools and equipment, presses and trucks, scheduling efficiency, and service revenue performance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\">Working closely with Lead Installers, Branch Managers, Sales, and Operations leadership, this position ensures that service crews operate safely, efficiently, and profitably while delivering consistent, high-quality service to customers. The role sets standards, enforces best practices, and drives continuous improvement across all conveyor belt service activities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Provides functional leadership to conveyor belt Lead Installers across five locations</li><li>Oversees and coordinates five service crews, including both heavy and light belt operations</li><li>Establishes and enforces safety standards, training requirements, and field procedures</li><li>Partners with Branch Managers on staffing, performance management, and workforce planning</li><li>Conducts regular field audits, safety observations, and performance reviews with Lead Installers</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Owns and leads all safety initiatives for conveyor belt service operations</li><li>Ensures compliance with OSHA, MSHA (where applicable), customer site requirements, and company safety policies</li><li>Conducts job hazard analyses (JHAs), toolbox talks, incident investigations, and corrective action plans</li><li>Drives a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\"><strong>Service Operations &amp; Deployment</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Coordinates crew scheduling, deployment, and workload balancing across five locations</li><li>Ensures the right crews, skills, and equipment are assigned to each job</li><li>Supports emergency breakdown response and critical customer needs</li><li>Standardizes service execution practices across all locations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\"><strong>Tools, Equipment, Presses &amp; Trucks</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintains oversight of all service-related tools, presses, trucks, and field equipment</li><li>Establishes standards for equipment selection, maintenance, calibration, and replacement</li><li>Works with operations and purchasing to manage capital planning and asset utilization</li><li>Ensures trucks and trailers are properly outfitted, maintained, and job-ready</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\"><strong>Financial &amp; Revenue Accountability</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for service revenue execution in coordination with Sales and Branch leadership</li><li>Tracks job profitability, labor efficiency, and utilization metrics</li><li>Identifies opportunities to improve margins through better planning, execution, and crew deployment</li><li>Supports pricing discipline and scope clarity for service work</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\"><strong>Training &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensures Lead Installers and crew members are properly trained and qualified</li><li>Supports onboarding and skills development for new installers</li><li>Reinforces best practices for splicing, installation, troubleshooting, and safety</li><li>Promotes cross-training between heavy and light belt crews where appropriate</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:  0in;\"><strong>Communication &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Acts as the primary liaison between field crews and operations leadership</li><li>Provides regular reporting on safety metrics, utilization, revenue, and operational performance</li><li>Identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across locations</li><li>Helps develop and refine SOPs, checklists, and field standards</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Education and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required;
