          "text": "<p><strong>Internal Job Title:&#xa0;</strong>Project Manager&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Job&#xa0;Type:&#xa0;</strong>Permanent, Full-Time<br>\n<strong>Job&#xa0;Location:&#xa0;</strong>18 Auriga Dr. Ottawa, ON<br>\n<strong>Work Model:&#xa0;</strong>Hybrid</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Status</strong>: Existing Vacancy</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>As a Project Manager in our North American Service Delivery group, you will be responsible for ensuring the&#xa0;in-scope,&#xa0;on-time,&#xa0;and&#xa0;on-budget delivery of suite of identification system solutions for&#xa0;our Federal, Provincial/Territorial, and State government customers in Canada and the United States.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Project Initiation</strong><ul><li>Defining Scope: Work with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Resource Allocation: Determine the resources (time, money, personnel) needed for the project and allocate them accordingly.</li><li>Timeline Creation: Develop a detailed project timeline, including milestones and deadlines.</li><li>Original Budget Creation: Set-up the original budget for the project for each labour and expense category.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Budget Management</strong><ul><li>Cost Forecasting: Forecast the costs for each labour and expense category as the project unfolds.</li><li>Budget Tracking: Monitor the project’s financial performance, ensuring that spending stays within the approved budget.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports to keep stakeholders informed about the project’s budget status.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Schedule Management</strong><ul><li>Baseline Schedule Creation: Create the Baseline schedule for the project aligned with the initial budget</li><li>Schedule Tracking: Maintain and update the schedule by updating the actual and planned start and end dates of each activity, with a focus to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Milestone reporting: Report schedule progress, based on milestones relative to the baseline.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong><ul><li>Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders through meetings, emails, and reports.</li><li>Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the project plan as needed.</li><li>Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise among stakeholders to keep the project on track.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Risk Management</strong><ul><li>Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could impact the project’s success.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, such as contingency plans.</li><li>Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor risks throughout the project and adjust plans as necessary.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Team Coordination</strong><ul><li>Task Delegation: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.</li><li>Team Support: Provide support and guidance to team members, helping to resolve any issues that arise.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Progress Reporting</strong><ul><li>Data Collection: Collect data on project performance, such as task completion rates and quality metrics.</li><li>Analysis: Analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress and present them to stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Various other duties and responsibilities.</strong></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
