    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Compile and timely approve Financial Statements for 9 U.S. entities (9 US entities = 12 HFM entities) , with ongoing monitoring throughout the year<br>Perform Annual fixed asset inventory<br>Manage Monthly Capitalizations and accruals<br>Monitor Offsite tooling<br>Oversee Intercompany transactions, including royalties, AR, AP and other<br>Close books of account in compliance with Garrett Advancing Motion Accounting Policies and Procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with US and local GAAP<br>Approve payments in Sales force and ensure proper support and approvals are attached<br>Generate and reconcile bank accounts in collaboration with the the team&nbsp;<br>Managing Internal and External audit requirements and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments , including timely resolution of findings and comments.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Coordinate and respond to corporate requirements accross multiple functions, including:</p><ul><li>Transfer Pricing</li><li>Consolidation team</li><li>Treasury team</li><li>Tax Team</li><li>Sox team</li><li>Among others</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting&nbsp;<br>Significant knowledge Generally Accepted Accounting Principles<br>+3 years' experience in Accounting role<br>Strong technical knowledge of finance systems (SAP, HFM, Excel, Word, Power Point)&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of US GAAP<br>Experience in Big 4 or mid-size tax advisory firm is a plus<br>Be able to balance short-term tactical as long-term strategic priorities&nbsp;<br>Business affinity, willing to work with all functions<br>Excellent communication and influencing skills&nbsp;</p>",
