Volunteers help enhance the overall patient experience while representing MRHC&rsquo;s mission, values, and commitment to compassionate care.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 16 years of age.</li><li>Ability to commit to a regular volunteer schedule</li><li>Basic communication skills to interact effectively with the public and team members.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous volunteer or community service experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.</li><li>Provide wayfinding and general information as needed.</li><li>Support departments with non-clinical tasks.</li><li>Follow MRHC policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>Successful MRHC Volunteers demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. They communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, visitors, and staff, work well as part of a team, and manage their time reliably.
