In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.<br><br>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintenance / Utilities Process Technician performs intermediate maintenance and operational activities supporting manufacturing, utilities, HVAC, and facility systems within a <strong>cGMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment</strong>.</li><li>This role involves operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving equipment reliability while ensuring compliance with clients policies, SOPs, CFRs, and cGMP requirements.</li><li><strong>Execute intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on manufacturing, utility, HVAC, and facility systems.</strong></li><li>Operate and monitor assigned plant support and production equipment in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Perform routine inspections, housekeeping activities, and equipment cleaning.</li><li>Accurately complete work orders, operational logs, and maintenance documentation.</li><li>Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory systems for assigned equipment.</li><li>Support start-up and commissioning of new equipment to ensure mechanical design specifications are met.</li><li><strong>Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with Operations to minimize production impact.</strong></li><li><strong>Perform intermediate troubleshooting on utility, process, and HVAC systems.</strong></li><li>Assist in evaluating and improving maintenance procedures and reliability programs.</li><li><strong>Develop, revise, and review SOPs, job plans, and work plans as required.</strong></li><li>Maintain current cGMP training documentation.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation as required.</li><li>Utilize basic predictive maintenance technologies (alignment, vibration, thermography, oil analysis, etc.).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate’s degree and 2 years of Maintenance experience.</li><li>Knowledgeable of one or more of the following technical areas: <strong>Utility Plant Operations/ Maintenance, Process Equipment/ System Maintenance, HVAC Operations/ Maintenance, or Fire System.</strong></li><li>Utility Plant Technician Competencies:<ul><li><strong>Central Utility Plant Operational, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting</strong></li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of miscellaneous equipment (<strong>WFI Still, Clean Steam Generator, Purified Production Units, Water Distribution Systems, Water Softeners, Emergency Power Systems, and UPS</strong>).</li><li>Experience working in a <strong>GMP-regulated environment</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>mechanical and/or electrical systems</strong>, including low-voltage systems and sensors</li><li>Ability to read and interpret <strong>schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings</strong></li><li><strong>Available for night shift</strong></li><li><strong>12hrs shift (5:00pm - 5:30am)</strong></li></ul><p><span style=\\\"font-size:10px\\\"><em>Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></span></p>",
