This position will be fully at the project site near<strong> Boise, Idaho</strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary Range</strong> $98,800.00 - $130,000.00</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise local BIM team&nbsp;in support of project delivery.</li><li>Lead client-facing meetings regarding best BIM and VDC practices as a representative of Hoffman and the BIM department.</li><li>Educate and assist the project team on software and workflows utilized throughout the construction process.</li><li>Fluently read and understand contract documents such as drawings and model-based deliverables.</li><li>Drive and manage implementation of BIM modeling and collaboration platforms such as Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, iConstruct, Dynamo, Sketchup, Newforma Konekt, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), etc., on large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Work with corporate IT and BIM staff to support, maintain, and develop company-wide BIM standards and 3D modeling tools.</li><li>Direct 4D model scheduling efforts using 3D models in conjunction with project schedules.</li><li>Establish early standards for data exchange to optimize use of BIM for quantity take-off, estimating, etc., during all stages of the project.</li><li>Establish and maintain a project-wide BIM strategy based on the BIM Execution Plan that is fully compliant with client requirements.</li><li>Establish exchange and coordination of 3D models with all project stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor clash detection process, clash reporting, responsible parties' workflows, and overall IFF (Issue-for-Fabrication) sign-off process to successful completion.</li><li>Monitor and ensure record model archival throughout the project to completion.</li><li>Possess a general understanding of Newforma Konekt to support effective collaboration, issue tracking, and project coordination across teams.</li><li>Provide clear communication, verbally, in writing, and electronically.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.&nbsp; The successful candidate will possess:</p><p><strong>Professional Experience and Education</strong></p><ul><li>At least six to eight (6-8) years’ experience in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry required.</li><li>Specific experience in advanced manufacturing projects is required.</li><li>Experience in the delivery of large, complex projects is preferred.</li><li>High School diploma or GED required.</li><li>Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industry preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Related Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in and around data centers, semiconductors, and/or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, Revit.</li><li>Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.</li><li>Work schedule must be flexible to allow extended hours or off-shift work to accommodate changing construction schedule and sequences.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.</li><li>Ability to work closely with a variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential.</li><li>Ability to communicate and present design and/or construction ideas to a variety of audiences.</li><li>Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.</li><li>Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.</li><li>Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.</li><li>Trained in design document reading and design specifications.</li><li>Proficient in&nbsp;Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.</li><li>Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods and digital fabrication preferred.</li><li>Proficient in project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.</li><li>Experience administering and organizing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and other common data environments.</li><li>Need to have problem-solving skills and be a critical thinker.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Autodesk’s Navisworks Manage, including Clash Detection, Quantification, and Timeliner tools.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to successfully host, run, and document BIM coordination meetings.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical and Mental Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is a combination of being stationary and moving about the work location.</li><li>Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs, ascend and descend ladders, and inspect confined or underground spaces.</li><li>Hands/Arms: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Sight: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus in an outdoor environment. Must be able to safely operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license. The work is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and reading print and digital documents.</li><li>Hearing: Must be able to work in proximity to loud equipment more than 75% of the time.
