This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client engagement, and who understands how modern engineering practices and AI&#8209;assisted development accelerate outcomes.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead day&#8209;to&#8209;day delivery for Java full&#8209;stack and AI&#8209;driven engineering teams, ensuring predictable, high&#8209;quality outcomes</li><li>Serve as the primary client partner for delivery, facilitating communication, alignment, and expectation management</li><li>Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement) with a focus on flow, clarity, and continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and engineers to break down complex requirements into actionable work</li><li>Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early&#8212;and drive resolution across teams and stakeholders</li><li>Leverage AI&#8209;assisted tools to improve planning, estimation, documentation, and delivery efficiency</li><li>Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development</li><li>Produce clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes for internal and client stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate technical discovery sessions and help translate business needs into structured requirements</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>5&#8211;8+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles</li><li>Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, particularly in <strong>Java</strong>, <strong>Spring Boot</strong>, and full&#8209;stack development environments</li><li>Experience working with or supporting teams building AI&#8209;enabled features or integrating AI/ML services</li><li>Proven ability to partner directly with clients, manage expectations, and guide complex technical initiatives</li><li>Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience adapting them to real&#8209;world constraints</li><li>Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills</li><li>A proactive, problem&#8209;solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity</li></ul><hr><p><strong>SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE</strong></p>",
