Implements an instructional, therapeutic and skill development program for differentiated learning levels.</p><p>- Conducts formal and informal assessments of all students.</p><p>- Plans and uses appropriate instructional strategies to include the integration of activities, materials and equipment that align with the accommodations as set in the student's Individual Education Plan.</p><p>- Plans and supervises assignments for staff members assisting with students.</p><p>- Establishes and maintains appropriate, open lines of communication with all parties, to include but not limited to students, therapists, school district personnel, parents and co-workers. Attends all required meetings and trainings offered by program.</p><p>- Completes required documentation within timelines, including recording of grades and attendance.</p><p>- Abides by and demonstrates the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis.</p><p>- Performs other duties as assigned&#xa0;</p>",
