    "description": "<p>Field Service Technicians located across the district to optimize retailer coverage.  <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities of a successful field service technician include, but are not limited to:  <br>•    Receive and accept service tickets.  <br>•    Complete preventative maintenance on all Intralot equipment  <br>•    Diagnose hardware or software related issues.  <br>•    Repair or replace onsite equipment as needed.  <br>•    Install, move, and remove equipment.  <br>•    Report resolution actions and conclusion of visits to the call center.  <br>•    Operate company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws and regulations.  <br>•    Always maintain an acceptable level of inventory for their vehicle.  <br>•    Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and complete any maintenance requirements.  <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Position Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical machinery</li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues independently</li>\n<li>Customer service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships</li>\n<li>Physical capability to handle equipment, lift heavy objects, and work in varied field conditions</li>\n<li>High school diploma with technical experience<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Dynamic Concepts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
