processes and assist manager in cross training associates in different work areas</li><li>Act as a technical resource to shipping team to address and resolve inquires and problems and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring/major performance issues</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of the shipping process, including scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documents, and arranging transportation for outgoing shipments</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, particularly those related to the shipment of medical devices, and implement procedures to maintain adherence to standards</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments, including production, warehouse, sales, and customer service, to prioritize shipments and resolve any issues or delays that may arise</li><li>Oversee the maintenance of accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and shipping-related expenses</li><li>Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and resolving any disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment as needed to support ongoing shipping operations</li><li>Assist with other logistics-related tasks and special projects as assigned by management</li></ul></div></div><p
